Plots I'm Looking For: I really want to form some closer friendships for her so she can open up more emotionally to people. I also really want to do stuff with missions (mini-missions are coming soon!) and mission partners or people she's worked with well as regular companions on missions would be great.
Character Arc Ideas: I'm really interested in Harley bonding with people long-term. She makes friends very quickly, and bonds quickly with people to the point she'd die for them (or at least kill for them) but she's not used to people sticking around. Dealing with maintaining friendships and other relationships is going to be a fun arc to deal with for Harley.

Tethering Information/Requests: Not tethered atm.
Obi-Wan is struggling with this whole tethering situation for a number of reasons. The amount of trauma in his memories (he is adamant against sharing that with castmates) and he spent his entire life living with the whole "no attachment" thing. Trying to wrap his head around an attachment is causing all the short circuits.
CR I'm Looking For: Friends. I have always found it best to throw characters together and see how they sort themselves out. Obi-Wan is friendly, open and wants to help and encourage people, but he'll probably be reserved when it comes to anything about him personally.
A tether partner that he won't feel crippling guilt about.
Plots I'm Looking For: Sneaking into occupied territory and gathering intel, general rebellion type activities. He's spent the time in between the first mission and now getting himself settled, in so much as he can, and will soon be wanting to get back into the action.
Going to have to address this tethering situation here sooner rather than later.
Character Arc Ideas: Getting back in touch with what it means to be a servant of the Force, and the Living Force. He is still on the fence about getting his chip removed and reconnecting to the Force. He's also more than a little overwhelmed by all the Skywalkers running around and spending a lot of time trying to sort out his feelings about it all.
Pitching in to help the rebellion in this world as a way to scratch the itch of wishing he could be more use back home, as well as a way to escape all the personal chaos that keeps threatening to drive him back into a depressive state.

I know that at some point Clara is going to tether with the Doctor but that's slow burnish and may or may not lead to romance and if it does it wouldn't be like...typical because Doctor is the Doctor. Once they do tether it will trigger him remembering her and be a whole thing. He's a Heba. She's also tether to Leia so I have a few of other hopes and dreams:
• A fellow Tian
• Another kid
• A flirty/friends with benefits tether w/a guy~ Would need to be chill w/sharing.
• A real deep connecting tether to anyone with the goal being romance. I'm leaning toward a woman for this, but a case can be made for a man too! Also needs to be cool w/sharing.

I mean, ultimately I'm up for seeing what happens and where things go. The Doctor will be the jealous one and Clara will handle that, lmao. Clara's also comfortable with any part of LGBTQA+ spectrum so hit me with anyone!
CR I'm Looking For: Aside from the tethering stuff - Probably should make the rounds with the rest of the willing SW cast? Since she's tethered to Leia it probably makes sense. I think I've nabbed most if not all of you, but I can't keep up, LOL. No pressure, especially if they wouldn't naturally cross paths.
Clara's a control freak, but I haven't yet figured out what she'd even try to control at this point. I think that'll come up during a mission when it does. That would probably trigger negative CR which is intimidating to me but I'm willing to give it a shot.
Plots I'm Looking For: I mentioned that she wants to be part of the plots in a big way if possible. She's really small and can be stealthy. I've gone back and forth in my mind about this because weapons aren't in her nature, but I think she's inclined to learn some sort of defense which would probably come down to hand-to-hand combat. I'm willing to have her learn a weapon on a case by case basis but guns/knives are probably right out. Things that stun/knock a person out would be better if she HAS to fight.
Character Arc Ideas: I'd like to have her work at the library in the Mage's Sector because again, books. If someone offers her a job working with them before that though, depending on what it is she might say yes. If she doesn't work she'll go crazy.

We've been joking about how the Twins just seem to... mutually adopt the same people at the same time on accident. They both kinda adopted Link and now seemingly Clara as well.

Shepard is easy to get along with (as long as you aren't doing anything unethical), but she honestly doesn't know where to start with tethering. All of her relationships were with people she'd worked with, fought alongside, and trusted with her life to some degree. She's missing that in The Broken World, and without a professional goal to work towards, she is a bit lost! All she can be, for now, is open.

About My Character: Rokuro is a page of the Sengoku era, sworn to Yukimura Sanada specifically. He's spent a lifetime babysitting a grown-ass man 24/7, from combing his hair and dressing him, to ensuring he eats his vegetables and doesn't catch an STD from the friendly neighbourhood whore-house. Rokuro was born into his position and his entire life has been managing the life of someone else.
In his spare time he likes to clean, micromanage lesser house servants, make tea, watch people as they drink said tea for any hint of emotion because he's dead inside without external validation, and read. With his one eye. Because he gouged the other one out rather than let someone take it and use the power it stored against his master. As one does.
Oh, he's also a master of water and can create barriers, summon tsunamis, and explode peoples hearts/brains/other with a glance.
Tethering Information/Requests: Rokuro has 2 planned tethers, and is taking his time actually completing the ceremonies, as he wants to do it right, and with allll the bells and whistles. If you're looking for a tether partner who leans heavy into the drama and tradition of the relationship, he might be your guy.
CR I'm Looking For: Rokuro is nothing without people to fuss over, and making some friends who aren't fellow retainers of his master would be new and terrifying, especially if they cared about him as a person and not simply as an extension of his master.
He's very tightly wound for someone who walks around with 50% of their ass hanging out at any given time, and has literally no idea what to do with himself now that he's just... himself, and not the right hand of his beloved master. It's likely he'll be wandering around performing domestic tasks for anyone who doesn't specifically stop him.

They're coming from a life of childhood abuse, so Marc's riddled with PTSD and Steven is not oblivious but he's also kind of detached from it.
Tethering Information/Requests: Right now they're not interested in tethering with anyone but Layla, because what is trust? Eventually I'm open to adding some more people to that mix, but it'll take time.
CR I'm Looking For: People willing to put up with Marc's awkwardness and Steven's infodumping in order to actually become friends. Regular mission partners. Regular sparring and/or study partners.
Plots I'm Looking For: For a while at least, Marc and Steven are going to try and be covert, that is, not let on that they're a system. Which means meeting people as one of them and then trying to keep that as the version each person knows. This is going to get more and more difficult the more people they meet :B
Character Arc Ideas: We're working on trust and opening up with these boys. Well, mostly with Marc, as he's the one who shuts down when anything emotional comes up. Steven is working on trying to work out his state of personhood after learning he's part of a whole, and not what he considers "the original".

About My Character: Tech is a former soldier of the now defunct Republic, one of several genetically modified clones for experimental purposes to enhance specific abilities. He's essentially the brains of his squad but more loaded up on the INT than WIS if you know what I mean. He's level-headed and will look at things mainly from a factual perspective. Just because he wears the goggles doesn't mean he's a complete nerd, he can hack your computers, dual-wield guns, and even provide some extra muscle if you need someone to do heavy-lifting and Wrecker isn't there. He is also a decent pilot.
Tethering Information/Requests: Tech and Rokuro have agreed to tether, although Rokuro's set on going as all out as he can for a ceremony. Other than that, I'm open to any other possibilities, whether organically, strategically, or otherwise!

About My Character: Cranky/grumpy/blunt, sometimes socially awkward renegade Time Lord who really does have the biggest hearts that anyone could fathom. A big kooky nerd, that loves history, mythology, time travel and a nose for trouble underneath the exterior he puts up. Grumpier than usual and perhaps not as willing to help as much when it comes to the war considering his canon point. He's without a TARDIS but slowly building up a sonic screwdriver collection! Also, he's still chipped and likely will be for the next little while.
Tethering Information/Requests: Not currently tethered but has plans to tether with Obi-Wan and eventually, Clara (see Cloude's note cause she put it so nicely). He's reluctant to tether with more people because he doesn't want to lose anyone else but that'll change with time and he would likely change his mind if someone was in need of a tether.
CR I'm Looking For:
I'm really open to anything since he's new, but here's some specifics that may or may not make sense with an end of the week brain...
- CR willing to put up with some of his odd tendencies/actually don't mind his odd tendencies
- CR with build-y, tinkering folks! He's already started pilfering parts and is putting together a rough prototype of a sonic screwdriver. He might put together a ship if he can.
- Bickering-type CR because he's bound to rub some folks the wrong way but this doesn't necessarily have to be negative CR (although I'm open to it if it veers that direction).
- If anyone playing a kid (teenagers also technically fall into this category) would like an old granddad/weird uncle/father figure the Doctor canonically tends to get along well with them so that's another fun avenue we could explore.
Plots I'm Looking For:
- While he's chipped, the Doctor has access to flawless restoration. I'd love for him to use it before/after/during future missions since it has a fair bit of utility so feel free to loop him in if you need a Doctor who isn't actually a doctor.
- Dipping the Doctor's toes into stealth missions (even if it's reluctantly at first); throw him head first into tech related things or even things he's not very good at (like speaking to people).
- Following on the above, partnering up with someone who can play off his strengths or create more chaos and hilarity because I'm a sucker for it.
- Learning more about the Broken Worlds, its magic, history, and peoples! What else do you expect from a stranded Doctor in a world he isn't familiar with?
Character Arc Ideas:
- Coming back around to helping people in need and getting a little more involved with the missions but on his terms (ie. ideally with no or minimal loss of life or contributing by making tech that will help people).
- Deciding on whether or not to keep his chip.
- Settling in by setting up a shop for work and/or taking up as a teacher in one of the local schools just to keep things fresh.

I didn't realize the Doctor and Heero are power buddies! Heero's is technically Enhanced Regeneration, but they do pretty similar things. It seemed prudent given his penchant for blowing himself up.

About My Character: Mikumo is the lead singer of Walkure, a "tactical sound unit" that fights a condition called Var Syndrome (that can randomly drive large numbers of people into berserk, violent rages) via singing. When it comes to work, Mikumo is extremely driven, extremely skilled at everything her work requires, and gets very short with other people if she doesn't think they're bringing their all...which she later finds out is all because she was literally designed for the role she's in. After having that bombshell dropped on her fairly recently, and then finding out she's cloned from an ancient priestess from the progenitors that seeded most humanoid life in the galaxy, she's mostly trying to work out who she herself is outside of the influence of her creators. It tends to take a lot to faze her, but she can be incredibly blunt when she needs to be.
Tethering Information/Requests: Mikumo will need a Tian tether at some point, and while she'll prefer someone she knows a bit, given the relative lack of Tians around she won't be too picky. Open to other stuff with planning.

Character Arc Ideas: I think a lot of Codi's near future stuff is going to center on how different Tethering is than how she's anticipating it will be, and the probable fallout from that, because she's not going to have as much control over hiding her thoughts and emotions from her Tethers as she thinks she will and this will likely lead to those Tethers having Problems With Her. Expecting her to go through several Tether Divorces, if not immediately then at some point in the span of her time in this game.
ON THE OTHER HAND for the Tethers she keeps around - and anyone else looking to make some extra cash - Codi is still trying to save up enough money to buy her own place, as a sort of new base of operations for her and any 'business partners.' Currently trying to think of side-hustles for her personally to pursue so she can lure people into this arrangement, although an ideal business for her would have a lot of different outputs.
I also want to look for opportunities to explore her learning magic in more detail, because she's having kind of a Hard Time!! She'll only learn one more spell this month - Healing Word instead of the more potent (but complicated) Cure Wounds - and is going to be quietly frustrated at her lack of progress on that front. A Magic Tutor might be helpful.

Character Arc Ideas: I picked her from OBWK because I thought she was the most adorable tiny human I have ever witnessed, but it also allows a sort of vulnerable malleability which is perfect for being able to meet and learn who her parents are here and develop relationships with them and others from her future without, for example, having to immediately hate Vader, or be as socially combative all the time (she can defer to cuteness and an attention deficit, etc). If/when I canon update her and age her up at some point, she will have in-game CR memories as well as canon-update memories and all of this combined makes way too many interesting possibilities for a Leia I would never have had the opportunity to play any other way, or anywhere else.

He will do just about anything to cover this up because 1) the creation of the Spartan-IIs was very illegal like that 2) he understands this information is upsetting and 3) this let him save many lives, so that makes it Fine, Actually™. He's amazing at soldiering, and has no life experience with anything else.
John is tough, brave, stubborn, awkward at parties, a total workacholic, and can sometimes be the dumbest smart person you've ever met. He has great self-control, a calm temper, and can handle a lot of wild shit with professionalism. He's good at hiding his problems, but... he has been through a lot lately and is incredibly tired.
John also, for better or worse, thinks he's funny. His sense of humor runs deadpan when it shows, and sometimes he's correct.
Tethering Information/Requests: 10/10 mechanic designed in a lab to bully the Chief personally. Being new means he has some time to figure this out, and he's probably going to approach it in the most practical and please-don't-make-this-weird way possible when he does.
He'll be very respectful of boundaries and try not to dig into your secrets if you extend the same courtesy, and will be suitably guilty about it if shit he can't control happens.
CR I'm Looking For: Chief actually bonds pretty quickly with people and cares genuinely... he just doesn't let anyone truly close and is used to how bad it hurts when he loses them. It would be nice to let him have friends that he isn't responsible for in a chain of command and who don't die on him.
This character especially benefits if he has at least one friend who has better people skills than he does and doesn't mind being a social anchor/doing talking things he's bad at. If you've got a talker who isn't too intrusive too soon and would feel good about having a big, stoic friend who's quietly grateful for them, he can be that guy. (This is probably a good angle for a tether, too.) This can easily be multiple people, he needs all the help he can get.
He's also great if other characters need someone steady that they don't have to be The Okay One for. He can be The Okay One for you, even if he's not always okay himself. Protecting and providing for others feeds who John is as a person when he can be that, it makes him feel actually good about what he is. (As opposed to when he's just good as a tool for pure violence, which doesn't feel all that great but he tries to ignore it.)
For the most part, John's really not that difficult to get along with if you're actually trying to do good work. He's surprisingly gentle and understanding if someone breaks down in a situation they're not trained to handle, he gets it. Things might get negative if someone's really pushy and tries to pry into his shell way too fast, or if someone is selfishly jeopardizing things that are important, but in general John's somebody who avoids or ices out people he has genuine issues with rather than getting heated.
Romance isn't totally off the table (I'm soft), but he's never-been-kissed inexperienced and this is so far off his list of priorities it would totally blindside him. If you've got a character he might be a fit for and you're interested, see if there's chemistry first and maybe sometime down the line we'll talk.

I guess something is that he's currently chipped, is retaining it because he likes having the option to not go in loud every time, and is adapting to not being as tough as usual and it's gonna bother him.
He also is gonna be picking up magic because Tian reasons, and that's weird.
Character Arc Ideas: SLAMS MY FIST ON THE TABLE about how John doesn't understand that the most important thing about him isn't that he's The Master Chief, Savior of Humanity. It's that despite how awful everything is for him pretty much all the time, despite the terrible things he's been through, despite loss and betrayal and suffering, he's John who cares earnestly, makes bad jokes, and wants to do the right thing for other people/make them feel safe. I picked Tian for John because while Heba would have been much more within his comfort zone (forthright, direct, externally-focused, high-action), Tian leans more on his capacity to support and care for others and the fact John could really stand to sit down with his emotions for a bit.
Basically, help me shake Chief like a ragdoll until he understands that he's more important as a person than he is as a weapon. People have been trying to get through to him about this for years, and he's really stubborn.

Note that he doesn't have his armor and I have no plans about if/when he might get it back, but I like using armor icons when he's not face-to-face because #aesthetic.

Rokuro isn't exactly helpful in a social sense because he is from the year 1600 and has Opinions on modern day life that he will definitely share (whether you ask or not), but if you want a small guy who will take care of a bigger guy energy he is your man. Very nurturing and protective, sometimes to a annoying degree.
He also seems to be collecting socially awkward tech-bro types, and isn't the type to pry too hard. Everyone has their shit deep dark shit, and he knows that better than most. Also very similar in the 'I don't exist out of my duties' struggling to exist as a person camp.
