I've loved their interaction so far because I feel like they're two old nerd men cut from the same cloth in many ways! The Doctor hasn't tethered with anyone yet either so I'm happy to offer him up as someone who also doesn't wanna feel mega guilty about tethering with.

I am actually delighted to hear you say that because I've been getting the same vibes, but didn't want to push. But I was thinking along the same lines, that if anyone could deal with the trauma these two carry around it would be the other.

I say this with absolute respect for the fact that the Doctor has 2000+ years and some planetary genocide above and beyond Obi-Wan's issues.
