About Me: Recently returned to DW RP after a many many many year hiatus. So glad to be here and starting this new venture with all of you! I'm so excited! RP has been a hobby of mine since I was barely a teenager and I'm in my 30s now. I like space operas, mecha, danmei, magical girls, kpop, superheroes, and all sorts of stuff.

Speaking of, I'm also incredibly easy to enable and more than willing to help anyone else butter their own waffles. Speaking of, does anyone want to make a cluster of related OCs with their own lil universe/canon? I just thought about it and thought it would be a Fun idea.

Plots I'm Looking For: As an incredibly socially awkward introvert who doesn't know how to socialize if it's not about war.... Heero doesn't really know how to normal human very well. One of my main goals with him is always "Learn how to be more than war". So slice of life as well as all sorts of rebel shit encouraged.

His token extrovert isn't here to drag him around to be social. Though someone to make him do things like... buy new clothes is also encouraged. Heero likely hasn't changed out of his drab grey set yet. 🙃 Guy needs help
Character Arc Ideas: Going to depend on who we get and the like I think

Other: I am basically a golden retriever fluffball kinda person. Friendly, always ready to chat about things, plan new things, or just talk in general. Basically the opposite of Heero. If I overstep, please let me know! Or if there's anything I need to adjust, or stuff like that. I'd hate to step on anyone's toes. We're all here to have a good time after all.

Heero has never really had a mom (She was killed when he was... well it doesn't say when his mum and step-dad were killed, but it's when he was a wee one. Absolutely before he was 6, I'd wager maybe even somewhere around 3 or 4.) He won't know what to do with one. I kinda love this.

Even their intro to each other in the TDM thread feels very "Oh no. I will adopt you" tbh, so I can definitely see this working out.

From an orphan, to being taken in by his secret agent of a father who decided it was a good idea to take a child on hits with him to... science experiment and trained weapon. Heero's life is a wreck tbh. Pity him Mama Sarah, but not too much because overt pity'll make him clam up like no other. He makes a good sad puppy squish anime boy, despite what he thinks on the matter.

I figure like every classic introvert, Heero has an easier time communicating via text than he does in person. Gives him an out to be more.. emotive. And then people who only know him via the network can be surprised at how he's a very -_- guy IRL.

Can't believe you came after my nostalgia like this with Heero Yuy. Like many millennial weebs I spent half of middle-school making finger guns at people saying 'omae o korusu' even though I had no idea what it meant. My favourite GW character is Treize, who has never done a single thing wrong a day in his life.

I also play a token Introvert, so he's not the most helpful on a social level, but at the very least he'll make sure Heero changes his clothes, eats, and doesn't self destruct literally every mission like COME ON MAN.

I have been on a massive nostalgia kick recently, reconnecting with old fandoms and the like. So it's... totally my fault. I did that too, except I absolutely knew what it meant. ("Fun Fact" but GW is the anime that introduced me to proper Shipping, I'd only shipped canon things before that. Wing taught me about the world outside of that. I owe it so much. TY for teaching me about the gays ~~and poly~~ Wing fandom!)

Believe it or not, but my faves are a tie between Duo and Quatre. Yet here I am. Neither the soft boy or the mouthy boy for a muse atm. Just the cranky one. ~~At least it's not the other cranky one~~

BUT WHAT IF THE SELF DESTRUCT HELPS? IT'S USEFUL. Especially since now he can regenerate from... a lot of damage thanks to his connection to Heba. It's even MORE VIABLE now. He might even limp away instead of getting carried like a sack of potatoes like the one time. (I lol'd so hard in my rewatch seeing how Trowa literally just transports Heero in Heavyarm's hand post self-destruct. Doesn't even move him. just kinda... leaves him there. FFS Trowa)

I think Gundam may have been my first too, in terms of going online and learning that fanart/fanfic/shipping was a thing. Then it was Weiss Kreuz, thanks for stocking approximately two VHS of that series Blockbuster.

Heero being able to regenerate is the best/worst ability for him I can think of. That boy didn't need to be enabled into further crazy, but at least he's got a better chance of surviving now??? I'm keeping the canon abilities for my guy because I'm very attached to them, and also because I feel like he's going to be doing a LOT of screaming at Heero to get in the goddamn boat.

NGL if I were Trowa I would have deposited him into the nearest dumpster, but Angry Clown is my #2 favourite.

Holy shit, I about did a spittake. Weiss! Yes. Maybe I'll add that to the nostalgia pile of things I should re-watch. When your ships were all a mixture of numbers or cat names and the non-fans were so very confused. 10/10

I really, really tried to think of something else, but I just couldn't resist it. Besides, it's not like Heero really has much in the way of abilities beyond 'Doctor J probably did something to my genetics and that's why I can do dumb shit like set my own bones or bend metal with my bare hands'. Figure he still has most of that chip or not, especially with his Heba bond now. He needs people to tell him that. I'm fully wondering if Heba or not I'm going to end up with this idiot getting himself killed at one point and wiping his goddamn memory. Sir I work hard to get you CR. Stop that.

Trowa likes Heero too much to do that. He's the only one outside of maybe Wufei who'll just sit there with Trowa in silence for X hours at a time. ~~Since it's a mixed bag on whether Wufei will stfu or not~~ They're kindred spirits. lol

I know nothing about Heero's canon because I am chronically canonblind to everything BUT I have enjoyed what I'm seeing on the TDM! Did you want to keep that thread as game canon for these two?

I.... might just be blanket assuming everything is canon unless someone requests otherwise. I probably should have put something in my top level about it, but I forgot.

When Heero's the sort of guy who'd probably be fine with being used to make her look good so long as a relevant mission was accomplished. (He'd honestly respect her more for being just as willing to use his skills as any adult, and not treating him 'like a child' since in his mind he hasn't been one in... basically forever.)

The trick is going to be balancing the extroverts so there aren't too many at one given time and Heero ends up an unhappy clam because Too Much.

Sunstreaker is probably going to break Heero's brain. The guys all seem to treat their gundams like they're... mildly aware, but an actual sentient..... yeah he's going to have very awkward dreams that involve poor Wing and self destruction and murder now.

Because, you know... not enough trauma in his life. I love this. I love this so much. I never thought about what sentient robots would do to them.

Oh. I have zero actual plans or thoughts just "What if a bunch of us made a 'shared OC canon' and then... like OCs, but they'll be OCs with castmates! Kind of thing.

I mean considering that time Sandrock all but shoved Quatre out of the cockpit and walked off to ~~die~~ self-destruct to protect him...Gundams got something going on in there and there are certain Transformers who would be very interested in studying what that something is. Not 'Streaker though. He would find them creepy. Quasi-sentient robots that humans ride around in and control is just way too close to Specific Issues for him, ha.

I am always down for making OCs, and ones with castmates is just kind of amazing, so yes lets talk. Would you have any specific genres you would like to work with? I tend to do fantasy/sci-fi or superhero/supernatural settings.

I know some people try to say Sandrock was just programmed that way, but... idk sounds sketch to me. Because the quasi-sentience makes more sense. Or something. (No really, they seem pretty.... there at times. Is it one of my beefs with EW just going "Welp war is over don't need you anymore lets just blow you up forever bye guys! Been fun!" because like... rude? But Zero 'waking up' in EW after Heero and Wing Zero took a swim to kinda... encourage Heero on what to do just seems entirely too convenient. For there not to be thought behind it.

And so since I'm a lCW right now, that means I can go "This bit of canon is nicely animated, but I actually find it stupid. So I choose to ignore it.... just like Frozen Teardrop. Which is even stupider." Seriously it involves clones and cyro sleep and it's just... ridiculous. ~~And the most comp het ever~~ I mean. No I said what I said.

I used to have friends and we'd do all sorts of PSLs where we'd just make a bunch of OCs and have fun. It was great! I love OCs and would love to play some again. I am down with all of those things. Fantasy, Sci fi, Both, superheroes, supernatura, magical anything, etc. My gaming library literally has Dragon Age next to KOTOR next to Zelda next to Rune Factory so.... (my physical one that is)

I'm a Quatre player so I know alllll about thinking "wow this was pretty/nicely animated" and also "wow that was so stupid and made no sense" hahaha. GW is full of multitudes. Some of those multitudes are stupid. The only salvageable thing about FT is that Quatre and Trowa become hermits together like the old married couple we knew they were. Not going to think about how fucked up it was for his dad to create a clone sister to harvest organs from.

I play...a lot of OCs. They are my typical characters to play nowadays, honestly. And I love collaborating and world-building together, so I'm totally down for this idea.

I am pretty canon blind, but hiiiii another teenager with way too much combat experience. Ezra can also be awkward as heck, but he's usually very friendly sort of socially clumsy and will won't mind riding out some gruffness to make a new friend.

I am also pretty blind to most things outside of the... non mainline SW movies. And some of the games.

I'm sure Heero had a normal life once... but it was gone by the time he was like 4 or 5. After that he was raised by an assassin type who definitely started training Heero in the family business from entirely too young of an age.

But he's got a good heart under all militantness I swear! Even if they did try very hard to program the humanity out of him. They didn't actually succeed. They just made him awkward AF.

Yeah, Ezra parents seem to be exceptionally good people but they were disappeared by the Empire when he was 7, and then he was literally on his own. I head canon that they had a clue he was very Force sensitive and actually taught him to hide from the Empire.

Then he was a street orphan/hermit/petty thief and con man to survive until he was 14. It's not exactly clear when he first killed an Imperial but he sure doesn't bat an eye at pitching storm troopers from a bridge in the pilot! His actual combat training but also his re-socialization starts then.

And he was lucky to fall into some really overall good people then, too. Just, you know...also willing to train him to fight because Star Wars is Like That.

But there's missions and 're-education' and genetic manipulating and a whole mess after. But he'd already been kinda doing Work even before he got picked up by J. It's all kind of a mess tbh.

Ah, his interaction with his 'allies' has... a lot of headcanon that goes into it for the fandom, because boy do they skimp out on details of missions and just... everything really.

So he's still significantly early in his path of de-weapon and re-human. So... yeah.
