About Me: In 2013 I suffered a very rare A.B.I. which is like a T.B.I. but instead of the mind being affected while the body is ok, I'm the opposite. My mind/memory is intact but my body is badly affected. I'm mostly blind in one eye, deaf in one ear, and I have very little control over one side of my body. That means I can only use one hand to type and because of brain damage I have to type using only one key at a time. Additionally, because of brain damage, I can really only use one hand for literally everything, which means that one hand takes a lot of damage and I try not to use it for anything but tags and try to use speech-to-text for anything else. Because of brain damage, my speech is also damaged so I'll sometimes get the wrong words. Please be patient with me.

About My Character: Crippled genius that has recently been experimenting on himself with magic. Also a constantly sleep-deprived gremlin. Handle with care.
Tethering Information/Requests: I actually had a hard time picking between Heba or Tian, because Viktor has been technologically minded for longer than he's been using magic. Someone that also blurred those lines would be ideal. Or failing that, someone that had an understanding of how magic worked on the human body.
CR I'm Looking For: Science bros! Better yet would be science bros that don't pity him. Frenemies or someone that will call Viktor out on his dubious morality and/or possibly someone that has a stronger hold on what's right and wrong.
Plots I'm Looking For: I'm honestly not picky? I'd really like it if Viktor could make/invent something (or even many somethings?) that helps the rebellion.
Character Arc Ideas: While Viktor has had success with experimenting on himself with the hex-core he is not completely cured. First and foremost he'll want to find a space where he could work and I'll have to come up with a workaround that's kind of like the hex-core in gameplay. Otherwise, Viktor has been a loner all his life so having someone else care about him without pitying him would be a new and novel experience. Having more than one person care would be absolutely amazing.
Other: Cross-canon CR is wonderful so please don't be shy c:
I don't know if you're interested in anything that carries over from the previous Viktor, but Harley here was checking in on him and trying to push him to go out a little and stuff, if she found out he was 'back' she'd want to try again!
I'm okay with building on the previous CR others had with the previous Viktor cuz it's still the same character. He might bee kind of grouchy at her a little at first, but if she's persistent that will go away c:
Awesome! She can handle some crankiness, no problem, and she's got a knack for digging under cranky exteriors.
Rokuro also had previous CR with Viktor that was more than a little complicated, if you're into that!
