I would be open to Tech downloading a partial copy of the source code for the chip sensor system. He could download maybe 30% of it before getting interrupted or captured, and have to look for more of it in future missions.

In fact, if he were to share with the rebels that he got this partial code, it could be part of next month's mission to find the rest of it. Just let me know if he would (totally okay if he wouldn't, and you'd still be able to hunt for the rest of it on other missions).

Also just let me know if you decide on having him captured and I can give you a rundown of what would happen and what it would take for him to be rescued.
