Character Name: Mikumo Guynemer Canon: Macross Delta Canon Point: Postcanon/end of episode 26. Age: Mikumo is a clone with adjustments, so she's existed for 3 years, but is equivalent to a 20 year old. Planetary Alignment: Heba
About My Character: Mikumo is the lead singer of Walkure, a "tactical sound unit" that fights a condition called Var Syndrome (that can randomly drive large numbers of people into berserk, violent rages) via singing. When it comes to work, Mikumo is extremely driven, extremely skilled at everything her work requires, and gets very short with other people if she doesn't think they're bringing their all...which she later finds out is all because she was literally designed for the role she's in. After having that bombshell dropped on her fairly recently, and then finding out she's cloned from an ancient priestess from the progenitors that seeded most humanoid life in the galaxy, she's mostly trying to work out who she herself is outside of the influence of her creators. It tends to take a lot to faze her, but she can be incredibly blunt when she needs to be.
Tethering Information/Requests: Mikumo will need a Tian tether at some point, and while she'll prefer someone she knows a bit, given the relative lack of Tians around she won't be too picky. Open to other stuff with planning. CR I'm Looking For: Potential friends, potential eventual people to open up to, people who don't mind sharing a gym with her if she's singing and dancing in it, more people from weird and wonderful worlds that she can ask about, etc. Plots I'm Looking For: For the moment I'm mostly looking at working towards Mikumo having people she might eventually be willing to admit being an artificial person/clone of a Protoculture being to - at the moment she's claiming amnesia and being a regular human because she doesn't really want to talk about it again so soon after she found out herself.
Character Arc Ideas: Mikumo's character arc plans are all about ~identity~ and her getting the chance to figure herself out beyond what she was created for, but also without the people who helped drive her to establish more of an identity back home.
