Character Name: Mikumo Guynemer Chipped or Stripped? Chipped Heba or Tian? Heba Useful Skills & Abilities: Very experienced with infiltration/stealth work, capable fighter, used to taking initiative on these sorts of missions. Her Heba ability allows her to use existing water sources as weapons, essentially, so as gross as it might be, a sewer system attack is going to make that pretty useful.
Missions: Mostly B and C - she could potentially do some parts of A, but she'll be more focused on B since there's a more limited pool of people able to do that mission. Phases: All three phases of mission B are fine with me, though I'll probably have more of a focus on II and III since they're likely to be a bit more "active". I'll probably at the very least put her on phase I of mission A for interactions with non-Chipped characters, though if anyone wants to do mission control type stuff during mission B if they're not able to go on the mission in-person, I'm up for that too.
General Plans: Mikumo has been pretty curious about the city, so she'll be taking the chance to explore and find out more about how life generally goes, but prioritising the mission. She has taken part in wartime broadcast hijacking back home, so she does have some applicable oddly specific experience for this one.
